Nice modern clean hotel across the road from the main train station. Lots of restaurants around. Walking distance to Belvedere- Schlossgarten.

Best coffee we had in Vienna… Friendly staff great lounge, great Wi-Fi and very close to everything in the city. We definitely recommend and would stay again. The bed was very comfortable and it even healed my back pain I felt before arriving after just 2 nights.

Great convenient location. On top of train station so easy to move around. Loved the room for the most part. Luggage storage service was super. Annoying that TV didn’t have watchable channels and couldn’t cast from phone. Lobby mugs were scarce and always a long line for morning coffee and water. The biggest problem is the air conditioning that is set too warm!! Dying of heat in the room.

There is no fridge ln the room. I have a medicatlon which must be kept cool but there was no fridge for it.

Great location. Friendly staff. Funny bike storage setup but it's there and it works (you use the hotel next door. everyone's best mates). Awesome breakfast. Super clean. 10/10 Ibis.

The hotel was within walking distance of the trains which was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean even though we had to ask for extra towels as they only provided two in our room. The breakfast offered a variety of food including making your own waffles! Overall, a pleasant experience.
