Customer service Melanie at front desk is the best

Great location, friendly staff and very clean property. The hotel is comfortable with standard accommodation and well kept.

Open window without screen and gap in under door. Did not see any insects

Our original booked room had leaky AC that left puddles all over the ground. Luckily we could switch rooms to a similar view. The volcano view was the best part of this hotel.

I stayed in one of the cabins in this property and it had a beautiful view of the Arenal Volcano from the balcony and the room. You could hear the birds chirping right in the morning. The property is located right off the main road but these cabins are at the back surrounded by plants. Location was very central for all day activities and 5 mins drive to town. Room was clean and breakfast was good. It had galla pinto, eggs and fruits everyday. I would stay at the property again.

Great location, cute villas and very helpful staff! I was worried based on other reviews that it would be loud making it difficult to sleep, but we had the opposite experience. Very quiet even on NYE!

We had no running water the next day could not shower brush our teeth flush the toilet was not offered another room .. we would like a refund

We stayed in one of the cute, little cabins. It was very clean and comfortable. It had terrific views of the volcano and great sunsets. The breakfast had a variety of food items to choose from and was quick so that we could start the days adventures. It was in a convenient location to drive to tours and La Fortuna town.

Todo estuvo excelente , el servicio del personal , el desayuno . La única recomendación es revisar las camas que hacen ruido en la madera a los movimientos.
