Clean room and very helpful staff.

A friend and I stayed here the night before our morning flights back to the east coast. The hotel provides a helpful free shuttle to the airport, which is recommended. Staff were all uniformly helpful. The property is a bit older and could use a bit of a refresh, plus double glazed windows wouldn't go amiss. However, it was clean enough and suitable for one night before flying out in the morning. Beds are comfortable. It is also close to a river walk next to the Swan River, which is recommended if time permits. Quite lovely and saw some of the famous black swans there. Felt very safe. There are some restaurants close by, but we chose to eat in the hotel restaurant. Food was plain fare but good and well made. Can recommend it especially on Sundays when most local restaurants are closed. No alcohol in the restaurant, so bring your own. Staff there very friendly and helpful.

Free shuttle bus to and from the airport was great. Comfortable bed, slept really well, great place to stay for an overnight stop before flying out.

Very basic room and over priced. No side tables. No side lamps. No hand towels or face towels, these are provided separately at reception. The bath towels themselves were very small. The air con unit was tucked away in the corner and thus took ages to feel its effect trying to heat the room. No extra blanket was provided so it was cold night. The TV signal kept dropping out. The walls were very thin so it was also a noisy night. A bar of soap provided instead of a refill bottle which is wasteful. Having stayed at some lovely places in our week in WA this was definitely the most disappointing.

ordinary Hotel, for ordinary day. Nothing fancy, a little old, you can see it, but for my need, as just a place to sleep. It fits. It has a nice bed, heating was OK, a fridge, bathroom fine. Again, ordinary, at a little too much price, but still. OK.

👍Location, parking, price, clean room, comfortable bed and good coffee from on-site restaurant 👎sleeping past 6.30am with laundry facilities and trolleys going past room 11(rubber wheels maybe),noisy air-conditioning, freezing bathroom due to window open for ventilation (not ideal in winter),poor quality tea and coffee in room(who drinks international roast coffee and tealux tea.) Bring your own plus milk. Next time I'll be requesting a different room,and bringing duct tape to keep the heat in and stop the air-conditioning from working so hard all night.

Staff have no idea what they are doing. They may advertise free shuttle but then they stuff up big time and have to catch a taxi. Not happy.
