3 nights solo in Phuket old town . Good location . The room was very very small . The window looked out onto an asbestos roof . The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in . The lady at check in was very rude . Some of the other staff were nice enough .

Not bad little hard to get information about traveling the area.

The place was clean. the location is perfect. it is closed to Rassada pier which is where we headed next morning. the room was clean and good A/C.

Beds had bugs! Got bitten so many times

Small room but with aircon made a change from the usual fan sweatbox. Linen clean, comfortable bed.

Small clean room with aircon, wifi, hot and cold water supplied. Shared bathroom.

Great location .clean and friendly service ,the hotel is only 5 years old in new condition ,walking distance to many attraction ,we will return to this hotel again

2nd stay, great value and location in Phuket Town. Modern and clean room,

It's a terrible hotel. During my stay my room was cleaned once. I spoke to the cleaning lady and her if she was was going to clean my room and got no reply (I spoke in Thai) I also spoke to managem. I think they should have non airconditioned rooms in bold print. The room I had was like this. This way I would have kept looking. The restaurants in the immediate area were over priced with bad food. To get decent food I relied on the street vendors or specific food shops for the Thai people, which were very excellent and reasonably priced. All of the other hotels during my stay were great. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my ex wife whom I don't like very much.

Very clean room, excellent staff, great value. Particularly liked the large reception area with cheap beer available and seating in or outside.
