View of the ocean was spectacular

I started coughing after turning in the air conditioning. Probably it hasnt been turned on during winter and so all the dust came through me

It was a good stay

Beautiful ocean view from my room. Spacious room and very clean.

The stay was very pleasant , the location of the hotel was so happening and we have a room with a wonderful ocean view , the staff here was attentive and polite.The room and toilet are clean. Will plan to stay here again in my next trip.

Our room was clean and the view was just perfect. The hotel is conveniently located for food and entertainments. I will definitely go back.

Amazing views and location. Big, spacious rooms. Very nice and helpful staff. My only complaint was the charge for a missing key. I explained to the front desk worker that my hotel key had fallen out of my hands and down the elevator slot mere moments before, and I still had to pay a $10 missing card charge. I thought that was pretty crummy, especially as most hotels give you 2 cards upon arrival and I only received one.

We recently returned to this hotel for the second time after our Jeju excursion. We love the location, especially its proximity to the beach and the unobstructed views of the Gwangan Bridge, which is mesmerizing throughout the day. While we were unable to secure the same room as our previous visit, the hotel is consistently good, and we would highly recommend it to others.

Excellent staff! They were very kind and helpful. The only issue was the lack of a proper system for storing our luggage while we traveled to Jeju. It took a little extra effort to confirm they'd hold our bags until we returned for our next stay. Please consider streamlining your baggage hold procedure.
