I liked the hotel room, staff, and location. It's a walking distance from the train station. There are shops and restaurants nearby, too.

Room was clean, and staff were approachable. Although I didn’t opt for the breakfast, the location is very convenient with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Best of all, it is near the Sapporo station and many landmarks, so it made my stay in Sapporo very convenient. I also enjoyed their public bath - surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded whenever I came in on evenings after dinner.

The room was clean, but small (but this is typical in Japan). Located in a very convenient location, very close to the JR train line and the subway. The hotel seems a bit outdated, but overall it was a nice stay.

The good, full breakfast buffets kept us going until 6 pm.

少しがっかり no drinking water provided. you are rewarded with drinking water only if you choose not to have your room cleaned. Even if u ask for complimentary water they refuse to give
