Great area and place to stay.

Nice little studio. This was in a fun location in Del-ray with little shops and restaurants near by. Best for me was that the A11 bus goes right from this place to the conference hotels and metro stop in Crystal City. No need to Uber.

Cute, clean room. Clearly an older building but everything in Alexandria is and it is charming. Lots of walkable spots too! Beware that there are stairs to get to all the rooms, no elevators, that could be a struggle if you don’t pack light.

Good neighborhood with restaurants nearby, but it's too far to walk to any metro station. The room had not been cleaned before we arrived late at night. However, customer service was able to get us moved to a new rom quickly. There are signs that some maintenance works needs to be done. For example, the security latch on the frame of the door was barely attached and could not serve as a security latch. The room was otherwise in working order. The laundry facilities worked quite well and didn't cost anything, in spite of it display saying that it needed quarters. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

The mattress was poor quality and way too soft. I saw this immediately upon entering the room and called travelocity. They said I had to speak with the property and they could not refund. I texted the number that I was given for check in and asked to speak with a person. I could not reach a live person, I only got automated texts back. There was no person at the property and no one live ever called me. I assume that they did not want to issue a refund.

My Mom had a good stay and great visit during Mother's Day weekend. Thank you!
