Our stay was very nice. It was very close to everyrhing and the appartment had everything you need. We would stay there again! 😄

The apartment was perfect for my family. We travelled with my 3-year-old and 8-month-old. We had messaged the hotel before arriving and asked for a crib. Our apartment was ready early- we arrived around 11:00 am and the crib was already in the room and set up for us. The air conditioning worked extremely well, which was needed with the heat wave that was happening. Having a fridge and washing machine was also very helpful with our children. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment for families.

This was a nice place however they didnt tell us that there was contruction next to it. So every morning we woke up to loud sounds of boats dropping off items and workers talking loudly and honking for no reason. The lobby where you check in is not where the listing is at. We got off at Rialto and had to pass a bridge with steps and lift up and down our heavy bags just to learn that the property address is not where we would be so after checking in, we had to cross the bridge and lift our bags up and down again. Some towels had a stain on it. Night stands had dirty marks on them that would not go away with wipes. The place is on first floors and windows open to the canals and you barely get any sun inside. The photos they showed us in the lobby looked different than the room they gave us. The entrance door had some issues and opening and closing was not smooth. AC works well. Staff were nice. It is walkable to landmarks. Washer worked well

Absolutely the best stay. Right on one of the canals. The terrace was a great place to relax. Rooms and kitchen were clean and appropriately sized. The hotel staff was very helpful at check in and also helping to schedule a water taxi pick up when it was time to head to the airport. I highly recommend the apartment.

Excellent stay

Beautiful apartment in great location. The balcony view of the canal and bookshop was a real nice surprise. Had lovely breakfast and afternoon drinks there watching the world go by. Highly recommend this place!

The apartment was perfect. Everything we could have asked for- clean, spacious, the outside terrace was a wonderful addition. Would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Venice!

Grab bars in the shower as the tile flooring was slippery
