We had a lovely one-night stay! The room was clean, stylish and comfortable! We had a few inquiries and the staff were incredibly helpful as well. Valet parking was also very handy! We would definitely stay here again.

This was probably the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Every single door to the rooms slammed, they did not slow close it was so loud.
I called the front desk to ask for them to patrol and see who kept a closing their doors over and over again and the stomping above me. It was the worst sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The hotel ambience was excellent, a really nice boutique hotel. They have customer service down to an art. Every staff member was excellent and very friendly, responsive, and helpful.

We had a great time and enjoyed the space with our dog. It was our first time vacationing with our dog and it went great. Very clean and helpful staff, would return again. Room was also very spacious!

Stylish hotel, loved the room setup and vibe, great breakfast, and cozy restaurant with a solid HH menu. Would definitely book again if I'm in the area. 10/10

Nice hotel. Nice decorations and design of the rooms . Close to Yorkville , the Village, bloor street. Breakfast was a bit complicated though. We got the BF included but I regretted bc it was very basic and there are so many cafes near by. Otherwise I loved this hotel and staff.

The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and competent. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning artwork throughout. The valet service was smooth and efficient. We also tried the happy hour snack menu, and we liked everything. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.
