Great beach, need a walkover. Nice pool, breakfast. Too much stuff in rooms and grounds.

Manager is rude and unhelpful. Construction all around hotel. No beach access due to wooden walkway cut in half. No elevator. Not ADA compliant. Difficult to enter and exit due to Construction. No spa services eventho it is on description of hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel on Vilano Beach and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a cute, affordable place to stay with easy beach access, this is definitely worth considering. One of the biggest highlights was the private beach access. Being able to walk directly to the beach without dealing with crowds or parking made our stay so much more relaxing. The location itself is fantastic—close enough to everything you need while still feeling peaceful and quiet. Our room was very clean and well-maintained when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, and it was obvious that the staff takes pride in keeping the property looking nice. We especially loved the private patio area outside our room. The outdoor seating gave us a comfortable place to enjoy our morning coffee and unwind in the evening. The patio lighting created a cozy atmosphere at night and added a nice touch to the overall experience. The saltwater swimming pool was another feature we really enjoyed. It was clean, refreshing, and a great alternative when we wanted a break from the beach. The pool area was well-kept and provided a relaxing place to spend a few hours. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Every employee we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

It was a very friendly atmosphere there, enjoyed are stay.

My 4 days stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, the service was very good. The location was very convenient to beach. The staff was professional and customer oriented. The view was beautiful and breakfast was great. I would highly recommend this place.

The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful as well as the effort put into the romance package. The sunscreen dispensers in the room and around the property were an awesome little gem. Will certainly be staying here again when we come back to St Augustine!

Loved our stay. Staff was friendly (especially Miss Linda). Breakfast was great. Access to beach was perfect! Outside back of the property was a little cluttered but not enough to keep us from coming back soon.

Did not like the construction on the road But the hotel could not control that It was nice that the beach was across the street and it was easy access We had a great time just relaxing Linda was awesome
