最高 Staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Our room gave us ample space for the 5 of us traveling together. Would definitely stay here again.

最高 Great location. Close to the airport and a skytrain station. Lots of good places to eat close by. Hotel breakfast buffet was very good. Shuttle service to and from airport. Been there a couple times and will stay again.

とても良い The layout of the Jr Suite for a family of 5 is less than optimal. With the bathroom in the middle of the room and with sliding doors on each side. it's a pain when comes time for showers.

良い Overall good hotel to stay at. Location is good and easy to get to. We were travelling with a toddler and the room we had was very loud due to the elevator going up and down. It proved to be quite disruptive to sleep. Housekeeping was a hit and miss as well.

Great location and I didn't wait have to wait very long for the courtesy shuttle to pick me up at the airport. The front desk also had great communication before check-in and were able to accommodate my early check-in request. The room was a good size and had good amenities (firm mattress, good shower water pressure, decent desk to do work, etc.). Would definitely go back.

Hotel staff was super friendly and worked on finding us a room when we arrived at 10 am and made sure to get us in a room asap so that the small children in our family could rest.
