最高 Everything was great from laundry, clean room, wonderful staff. The breakfast good enough. I really enjoyed staying at the Orakai Insadong suites. I’m planning to go back in October. Thank you!

Orakai Insadong Suites was an excellent choice for exploring Seoul, and its location is hard to beat. Being within walking distance of Insadong, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Ikseon-dong and even Myeongdong made sightseeing incredibly convenient. We rarely needed taxis, and it was wonderful being able to simply walk to many of Seoul's most iconic attractions.
Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and very practical for a longer stay. Having a full kitchen, washing machine and plenty of living space made a huge difference.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly recommend Orakai Insadong Suites to travellers looking for apartment-style accommodation in the heart of Seoul, especially families, longer-stay visitors or anyone wanting the flexibility of self-catering.

We loved our stay here. The location was exceptional! We loved exploring Insadong and Insadong Hanok Village. It was a pretty short walk to the metros. The apartment was even larger than we expected -- wonderful for spreading out and relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was very good and convenient. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Seoul.

The hotel was near the shopping district in Ginza, multiple convenience stores including 2 Don Quijotes. Also within a few minutes away from train stations.
Only thing is, we got a family room which I thought was a 2 bedroom suite, but it was two adjacent rooms; so, may not work for families with younger children. We had a couple teenagers, so wasn’t a problem.

Rooms very clean and very spacious one bedroom apartments with everything you need cooking washing machine dishwasher has it all staff helpful and friendly nice swimming pool and sauna and gym

Orakai Suites is the place to go if you will be staying a while in Seoul. You have a large living room and kitchen to cook in if you desire. Staff is excellent and they take good care of their guests. I highly recommend Orakai to anyone traveling to Seoul

The staff were very friendly and the room was large and clean. We had everything we needed. The apartment had a balcony which we could not use (health and safety) which was the only let down. Maybe the policy could be reviewed if just adults are booking in?
