The view from our room was exceptional. We were lucky to be on the side of the Castle. It was a comfortable room with everything we needed. The breakfast had plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Good location within walking distance of the main sites and the railway station.

Large skyscraper of a hotel with bus tours and many guest, yet somehow they managed to maintain a warm and efficient atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was delightful. We'll done!

Breakfast good . No air conditioning in room . Only window cracked open 6 inches. Staff advised it was a short period of time between when heat was turned off and air conditioning to be turned on.
Unlucky for us we stayed 3 nights during that “period of time”. Very stuffy in room during daytime. Got better only at night. Never used a blanket because of this. Would never stay again just because of this inconvenience.
Plenty other places to stay. Staff were friendly though

They were absolutely amazing!!! I had booked with them after arriving at another hotel(which had been horrible) and so I changed to Exe Lev and it was a night and day difference in experience! They were so kind, hospitable, and helpful! The rooms were clean and beautiful!
