Comfortable sized room and bathroom, slight smell but could have just been from the location of the window as there were other strong city smells nearby. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is perfect for those who enjoy food and shopping, and the hotel is situated between two Family Marts a block away.

Wonderful place to stay short term. A bit small but it had all we needed

The staff are all really nice and accommodating, they really do try to go above and beyond to make everything a smooth experience. I didn’t know a thing of Japanese but they’re all super patient and understanding. The rooms are also very clean and organized as well at the hotel itself. Definitely recommend staying here, especially because hon-Atsugi station is about a 5 min walk and there’s a ton of restaurants and even a shopping mall by the station.

Very nice

No explanation about the room upon check-in. The room smelled of cigarettes, even though I had reserved a non-smoking room. The entire hotel seems to be set on heater, but the room was too hot and very uncomfortable. I complained to the reception but the foreign staff who responded were not professional. Eventually, I told the Japanese staff about that situation and they borrowed me a small electric fan. The cleaning staff gave us new bath towels and face towels on my second night.
