It was a super cute hotel. The perfect walking distance to so many attractions.

Staff were extremely helpful when we needed to stow luggage and check in slightly early.

My room was great but l booked 2 nights for my daughter and husband and their unit was beside the lobby and much smaller not as nice. I was surprised for the same price the difference

The room was large and well equipped with a thoughtfully stocked kitchen (with kitchen tools, etc.) and comfortable beds and bathroom. The location is the main selling point and is just a short walk from the museum. We would stay at this hotel again in future.

Comfortable, clean accommodation in an excellent location. Walking distance from restaurants and parks. Building renovated and well maintained. We enjoyed the convenience of the kitchenette for our family with young children.

Clean spacious room, with kitchen. Comfortable bed. Great location. Just wish there was an elevator !

We have stayed at The Helms Inn several times over the last ten years. Excellent location to favourite sights and eateries. However, after spending over $300 dollars a night I still had to pay $10 a day to park in the small lot.

Staying at the Helm's Inn has possibly ruined it for other hotels and I will miss many of the features that Helm's has that most don't. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate with so many great features like blinds, blackout curtains, a kitchenette with everything we needed for a relaxing morning to have breakfast in our room. My mom loved the bed so much and slept so well she joked about taking mattress home. And the location is amazing! So close to many things and sights. Definitely go the 2 blocks to the Bird Cage Confectionary for breakfast items and snacks and their house made ice cream!

Excellent location near to main places

The room was really spacious and good value in Victoria. No pool or anything but location was good
