Awesome stay! Location was perfect for walking around

Just a great experience

Such a comfortable stay, the breakfast provided was so generous and there were so many options! Room was clean, well kept, had everything we needed. Location is also amazing, lots to do around and super close to the ferry and the bridge. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in New York!

Smoke detector kept going off during the night rooms were very small It’s hard to get Service.

Staying at the Fairfield in FiDi worked well for us (2 people). The room was tiny (we expected as much) but clean and pleasant, with a comfy bed and a nice (and surprisingly spacious) bathroom. The shower had good water pressure. The hotel’s complimentary breakfast was simple but good enough to hold us over until our pricier Brooklyn brunch later in the day. Reasonable garage parking offered a couple of blocks away at iPark ($32/night without in/out) The hotel’s best features are: 1. Location — if you want to a few minutes’ walk from the South Street Seaport, Wall Street, Trinity, and a host of other charming spots in this part of NYC it is a great choice! 2. Staff — super kind and helpful, from expediting our check in to offering us a late checkout to holding luggage…. A great experience!

Coming in the entire staff was very wonderful. The room was amazing very clean. Staff was very helpful with all my questions. Breakfast was very delicious. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Disappointing to book the hotel for one of my team and pre pay for the room...then for them to be told they had to pay for room (again) on checkout. Really poor

This was a staycation. I spent 4 nights and it was amazing. My first room had a horrible view, I had to ask for a room change or I would have lost my minddd. The staff was great and I got a room change. Beds were comfortable. I slept great in both rooms. Breakfast was included. I was there to rest and I only had breakfast 1 day. It was good, 7/10. I slept late EVERY. SINGLE. DAY after that. Again, bed was comfortable, room was clean, and cozy. I did wipe both rooms with clorox wipes and I was pleased that the wipes didn't looked too bad. That made me more comfortable. Location is THE BEST! I walked everywhere lol, but the subway is the way to go. So, MY overall experience was great. 8/10 :) I didn't drive, cause I knew parking would've been rough and more expensive than uber. Get a cab or take the subway.
