We enjoyed our stay. However the food at the inhouse restaurant was disappointing.

Check in was a nightmare staff just wanted to move us into another hotel due to computer malfunction

Lovely accommodation, proximity to convention center was key. Great walkable part of downtown San Jose!

Kim or Tim the manger I am not sure his name exactly was so professional he did fix my reservation after I did a mistake and I had to reserve again because of the great customer service and understanding Definitely coming back

This hotel was so noisy between airport and trolley traffic. They also did not notify us until we checked in that the pool was closed. The parking was mildly inconvenient if you have more than one item to bring to your room.

Room was very clean, beautiful hotel, key card elevator, security at the front door at all times which was nice. Staff at checkout was a bit rude though. Got to the front desk early to catch my flight and security guard was friendly and helpful. The woman that came a few minutes later for checkout wasn’t as nice, didn’t smile, and dismissed me without looking up. In all honesty, could be that she felt some sort of way because our group was a bit loud and tipsy the night before after returning from a concert and drinking at the bar. Don’t think she should’ve given the cold shoulder though since we moved upstairs to our rooms. Bar area was nice and the bartender was great. She made great drinks and was very friendly. Loved the little self-checkout store that had the best snacks. Within walking distance (literally across the street and up a block) to the San Jose Civic. Beautiful area and safe to walk around. Would stay again.

Great place, it’s close to everything. You have to pay for parking though which was unexpected.

Lisa at the front desk was super friendly and professional!

Staff was amazingly helpful. Bed was very comfy. Pet freindly!
