Staff was friendly and very accomadating . Upgraded our room which was very helpful and quick to address an issue we had and the issue was resolved !

The room was great and the breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely be back when in the area.

We got the farthest possible room from the elevator. The room is spacious but the door to the bathroom was broken as well as whatever the pane they had in the bathroom was not closed. I. Additional, the window is sealed with the board and portable air conditioner was placed. The room was not hot, so no idea why it was placed. Other than the room, breakfast was great and staff we encountered were all nice.

This is a great place to stay if you’re planning a multi night stay or even an overnight. Rooms are spacious, amenities are great, and breakfast is very good.

My room was nor aa clean as I would have liked it to be...The floors are tile and needed to swept snd mopped.The shower wasnt thr cleanest and hair was on top of the drain.The water pressure was horrible. I hated my shower experience. Room needs to have a deep cleaning

Rooms was clean and well kept. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good and hot good selection.

Check in was a bit long because their system wouldn't let them complete the deposit processing but that's not the hotel's fault. Staff at the desk was great. Friendly and helpful. Lovely property with lots of outdoor space and parking. The heated outdoor pool had technically opened a day before we checked in but it was freezing and pretty dirty. My 5 year old daughter was super bummed that she couldn't swim like we promised. There were construction materials around the pool deck, as well as around some of the side entrances. The location was in a pretty quiet area which I liked. We booked a 2 bedroom suite. Both had king beds, tv's, and their own ensuite which were spacious. Living room and kitchen were nice, modern, and well stocked. Air conditioning worked quite well and it was nice having windows that open. We couldn't get the living room tv to work very well but there were 2 others so fine. The laminate floors didn't seem to have been mopped in a long while. You couldn't see any dirt but your socks were pretty grungy after walking around for a while in the room. Not a huge deal but it was a bit disappointing. The only major complaint was the noise. Next door rooms were quiet but the room above is had people running around and slamming doors and drawers until about midnight. You could hear everything. Every step. Every time they did anything. This continued both nights we stayed. Breakfast was really great. Lots of hot and cold options. Clean and modern.

Clean room, good breakfast, spacious room. We liked the fact of the 2BR with 2 king beds. Comfortable, with good space between rooms for tv and sofa; big refrigerator, coffee machine; high chairs incase you want to hang out.
