The property was beautiful, we stayed in private suites with pools. Beautiful rooms, well appointed and clean. Warning- if you fill your bathtub it will take at least an hour to fill! The staff were amazing and very helpful. The restaurant had great food and again the staff went above and beyond for my husbands special diabetic diet and for providing my daughter a tummy friendly meal or two when she wasnt feeling well. The only downside was there were a lot of stairs to take for someone mobility impaired before you could take a golf cart to the restaurant. Staff were always available if my husband needed a ride to the restaurant. If not mobility impaired it is only a 5 minute pelasant walk to the restaurant. It was a lovely property to stay at, the monkeys did visit us- so that was nice to see. Lots of shopping around and the monkey park was a short 10 minute walk.

We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel. The monkeys were just a cherry on the sundae.

What a beautiful hidden place. Rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed. Loved the pool and so quiet. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast options also. Spa was very well maintained and staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again💙

Large room by the pool was amazing, felt private and relaxed because of the design of hotel. Very close to monkey forest and shops/restaurants. Staff all very friendly and kind. Had massage on arrival which was amazing.

I didn’t go to the gym because I was very busy with all the activities.

The room is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is also delicious. In addition, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The travel program is also very comprehensive. We have participated in some projects. Their drivers and tour guides are very responsible and introduce us in detail.

Love the royal kamuela, this is my second stay and it’s clean, incredible friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast is amazing, I can’t fault it. Our air con wasn’t working properly this time but they fixed it immediately and was perfect afterwards. Will definitely recommend and visit again

This property is outstanding! My four-day stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My villa was wonderful and sparkling clean. Amenities were great to include the cookies :-) Breakfast selection was huge and so delicious! The spa packages were great and the staff very professional. I also took advantage of the hotel tours, and Degla, my driver and tour guide explained to me the history of every place and the Bali culture very well. He even added one more stop to my tour where I saw how they made the Luwa coffee. Simply, this hotel is a gem and I could not have been happier with my stay. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Ubud, Bali.
