Great location for our needs. Wonderful to have excellent breakfast on site. Room was fine; top floor; cleaning when desired mostly; water in shower was scalding hot - never got an answer for this. Great location for busses all over Oxford.

convenient checkin and a flexible approach to breakfast time, parking, room.was reasonable size and comfortable bed and big bathroom.. the boutique claim.is a little optimistic but id 100% recommend it.. was also nice and quiet and the breakfast really good. Compared to the price of some of the hotels in Oxford this is also great value.

Great staff and breakfast . If arriving late parking is tight . No working ev charging nearby. We walked into Oxford and it’s not far from Blenheim Palace by car . Few niggles like shaver sockets dont work and missing light bulbs . Rooms are serviced when you ask . Staff make up for any building shortfalls . We would highly recommend !

Decent , basic accommodations approx 10 driving minutes outside the center of Oxford.

WE return every time we visit our daughter in Oxford - as it feels home from home. The staff are SO welcoming and helpful and we love the breakfasts and the excellent location and free parking. A hidden gem and I highly recommend a stay.

Parking right out the front

The staff were limited but helpful, respectful and hardworking. They looked after us well. There was a problem with wifi but not a big deal since we had our UK phone lines. The garden was not open in the evening to enjoy warm weather but there was a pub with outdoor space. We had good time in Oxford. The best part was the staff and its location for us.

While breakfast was a pleasant experience, the room had a few shortcomings worth mentioning — stained carpet, a plumbing issue in the bathroom, and an empty, non-functioning soap dispenser in the shower. Some maintenance would go a long way.

The hotel was really good value for money, rooms were very clean, a little too warm and we couldn’t turn the radiator off in the bathroom! Easy ride on the bus into town and close to the shops and restaurants of Summertown however the best thing about the hotel is the staff, we didn’t see many of them, just Lucas doing the cooking and his colleague (didn’t catch his name, sorry!) who was doing everything else! Really friendly, outstanding breakfast, nice room and great value!

The hotel is well located a little way from the centre of Oxford but an easy bus ride straight to the city centre. I chose this hotel because I could park there. The staff were attentive and helpful, the garden was charming and the breakfast excellent. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, I slept well and enjoyed my time in Oxford. If I return to the city I would book this hotel again without question.
