Scandic is a good hotel chain, unfortunately our room had mold in the washroom in several spots which was quite frankly not okay.

A very run down property. The website photos are deceiving. This is an old, poorly maintained building. The carpet in the room was old , smelly, just yak. Zero charm, stay away.

Location is very convenient. The room we were ultimately given was quite nice (told it was an upgrade). This may be the result of our refusal to take the basement room assigned. Manager of course not available. Waited until 8pm to be assigned a decent room. Bad start! (Bit of a pattern here, by the way Expedia). Often seemed to be assigned basement rooms...considering booking direct with hotels to avoid this!

The staff was great and the breakfast truly awesome. Only complaint was that the room didn’t have enough coffee, just 2 packets of instant coffee for 2 people. The room is not cleaned unless requested the night before, so there was no way to replenish the coffee…. Location is terrific, close to Nyhavn.

Hotel is extremely well located. Staff very friendly. Rooms dated, but the hotel was under construction for renovations. Pantry items need to be improved.

Great location with access to all the tourist points and next to the water. Room was clean and spacious. Welcoming staff on the front desk, I cannot comment on the food as we did not eat here. We arrived 2 hours early for check in and paid £25 to check in early, cannot leave your bags with the hotel free of charge, they do have locker on a lower ground floor for you to use but beware of these extra costs. Overall a good hotel but wouldnt shout about it.

Our stay at the Scandic Front in Copenhagen was amazing. The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, and you couldn't ask for a better location. The hotel was within walking distance of many of Copenhagen's most popular sites. It is also next to the harbor which is great for a walk along the water. The room was clean and the bathroom floor was heated. Really it was the simple details that made the experience.

The location was excellent, only a block away from Nyhavn and a convenience store located kitty corner to the hotel. The room was small but it was no issue. It had everything we required and it was very clean. Storage rental lockers available in the basement to store luggage if arriving hours prior to check in, which was helpful. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

they charge for everything and the staff is not kind and helpful at all
