最高 View from the top floors was fantastic. Just as pictured in booking photos. Parking was provided at an additional cost, but was very easy considering the limited parking in a downtown area. Employees were very helpful and provided a smile during all interactions. If I visited again I would not look for other accommodations, I would return to this property.

少しがっかり This is a party hotel and overcrowded. Elevators are so slow and crowded with young drunk people getting wasted. I could not sleep due to these people making noise. Terrible place to stay.

良い Check in staff very friendly, can’t fault the staff
Room was ok, and adequately clean,
However the hallway on level 38 is putrid, smells like wet dog, the carpet maybe hasn’t been cleaned in a long time, truly disgusting and left a bad impression before even getting into the room

少しがっかり The view was fabulous and the amount of space in our apartment was great. However, we were led to believe that the roof top infinity pool was available to everyone, we couldn't go further than the pool on the 66th floor which was very shallow and cold. Very disappointing. Also our kitchen was very poorly equipped with utensils, plates bowls dishes etc. I wanted to cook and use the kitchen but ended up buying my own utensils. Also the lighting in the apartment was poor. And dont get me started on the lagging with the wifi which made it impossible to watch things and the.choice of TV channels was abysmal. The location and view are the only things going for this hotel.
