Very spacious & everything was wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

My family and I had a horrible experience. We were sent a message before our check in to remind us of the amenities. Upon arrival, it looks like an elegant hotel but when we asked for a luggage cart we were told by valet that they didn’t have any? We had to make 3 trips up and down with our kids to take our belongings. We freshened up and came back down to explore. We got hungry and asked where bayside grill & bar was… we were told they were now associated with candy land next door. The time was 8:23 PM & we were told by staff they close at 10;00. We were directed to exit the lobby and proceed next door. Upon arriving to candyland, the doors were locked and one of the workers inside the restaurant was giving us hand gestures asking us to leave. How do you associate yourself with a restaurant completely different from the information that is on the website but also one that decides to close early because they were “slow” for the night?? This would be a first and LAST time to ever stay here again unfortunately. Almost $900 for a 2 day stay and a HORRIBLE experience.

Staff, breakfast, clean , overall very nice - pool and hot tub too and laundry

Good

Loved the staff. Saved a fee for signing up for Hilton Honors at check in. Tons of kids were here during our visit and families made messes in the shared spaces, such as the atrium. The staff were very attentive in cleaning up after large groups. The room was great. Felt like a well appointed condo and we enjoyed the harbor view. We are heading back in a couple of months for another stay. FYI / be prepared to pay $50 per day for valet only parking. Valet was attentive and quick - no complaints and worth every penny.

Very friendly staff

The location was good, price good. The breakfast was not to shout out about but overall I guess the stay was worth the money.

I loved our stay here and had just a few minor hiccups that really didn’t hinder our stay. The check in was quick but we didn’t know about paying for parking until we were checking in. The parking is $65/night which is kind of insane. I’ve stayed at so many hotels and this was the most expensive parking I’ve ever paid for. During check in, Agape helped me and was SO kind!! I really appreciated her being so sweet and helpful. When my family went up to our room, we checked the room to ensure everything was good before unpacking and realized the living room tv did not work and the lights attached to the beds were broken. We immediately reported it at the front desk with Leilani who was SO sweet and trying her best to accommodate our large family but only one other room was available to move into and wouldn’t fit our family of 5. The breakfast was good, the ability to walk to so many places was amazing and the amenities were great! Overall, we loved this hotel!

The swimming pool fair is small

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, making our stay relaxing from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, providing excellent customer service throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a luxurious getaway. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the parking situation. There was no self-parking available, and valet parking was the only option at $65 per night, which felt quite expensive and added significantly to the overall cost of our stay. Aside from the parking fees, everything else exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.
