The room was clean, great location to UCF, helpful staff, but the gym was under renovation. So, I had to drive to a they sister location. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent room. Nice comfortable beds and pillows. It's very quite. No slamming doors. I was on the 3rd floor and had to go to the first floor for ice. The pool is bigger than most hotels with nice lounge chairs and towels. The bar is a good size with great service.
Kudos to the maintenance man who fixed my toilet in a moments notice.

Our rooms towels were stained…housekeeping never came to clean the room. We called the front desk for help they send clean linens (we had to changed them ourselves) never again

Had bedbugs the first night, changed rooms, public facilities not stocked with toilet paper and next night fire alarm sounded, apparently not the first time it has occurred. All in all, one of the worst experiences at any hotel

The rooms were clean, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant was a pleasant and enjoyable. A mini refrigerator and microwave in the rooms can be very helpful. Thank you
