We got to the hotel and was told the room we had booked was not available. We accepted another room. When we got to the room it was 86 degrees. We let the front desk know and they said they would check it out. We went to dinner and got a call saying the AC was broken and they offered to give us a different upgraded room for the trouble. We accepted and let them know we would be back later in the night. We were assured we would have the upgraded room. When we got back to the hotel we were told the AC in our room had been repaired so we could just stay in the room. No upgrade. When we went up to the room the AC was still broken. I went down stairs and told the hotel. We were told they had no more rooms available. I asked about the upgraded room they called about and they pretended to know nothing about it. They told us we’d have to go stay somewhere else. IT WAS MIDNIGHT ON OUR ANNIVERSARY!!! After arguing with them they finally found an open room that was less than what we originally booked. Never again.

Love the area! The property sits directly in the middle of the town of shopping and eating all in walking distance. I love the elegance of the property especially at night.

This is a lovely property with attentive staff. The decor of the room was elegant and the bathroom had plenty of counter space. Housekeeping gave us bottles of water each day - perhaps to help face the 100+ degree heat. This hotel was in an optimal location for traveling around the DFW area, with easy self-parking available plus quick access to the highway. It is also a short walk from restaurants and shopping in the Southlake Towne Square. It was perfect for our needs and will be on our list for when we return.

I love this location! It’s so pretty & the staff is always beyond helpful & kind.

Fantastic other than the same elevator that was broke when I stayed here a month ago was still broke. The flavored water/juice in the lobby each morning is a really ice touch.
