El hotel cumple con todo lo indicado . Las camas y la ropa de cama excelentes !
La ubicación es muy buena . Muy segura para caminar. Un poco sucia la zona .

Essa filial do Novotel deixa bastante a desejar. Manutençao não está em dia. Nem nos quartos e nem nas áreas do Hotel.
No lobby tem 2 banheiros, para homens e mulheres. Mas nenhum dos dois possuía papel para secar as mãos e nem outro método.
Café da manhã gostoso e completo. Localização muito boa.

Todo estuvo muy bien. El precio excelente para el servicio, su desayuno militar rico, el personal super atento y amable, las instalaciones bonitas y limpias. Lo recomiendo.

Novotel is wonderful! Great room, view, breakfast and STAFF.
We had an unfortunate event happen in Panama City that was unrelated to the hotel. The front desk staff really helped us out. They even went above and beyond and sent us up an evening desert to make us feel better. (Free of charge and not requested, just such a nice, over-the-top caring gesture.) The best hotel experience we have ever had in easily more than 500 traveling hotel nights.
