Room and staff were great as always. We stay here 2 or 3 times a year.

Staff

Very clean. Very courthouse staff

The lady at front desk rude, mean & cold. Please put her away from people. You need a friendly, smoky, helpful front desk assistant. Front desk is the face of your business. Bathroom towels sand paper perfect for aligator skin. I requested one big bed & got 2 small ones. Amazing gentlemen’s chest. Spacious room.

Did not have elevator

Exceptionally nice hotel and staff for the price. Not a short walk to the Jardín de la Unión (central plaza), but the walk does take you past the best street food in Guanajuato, and the Mercado Hidalgo.

It was close to town but very heavy traffic on the street so very noisy. Staff very friendly and helpful

Tiene buena ubicación, esta limpio el staff es amable. Pero no me gusto porque se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle...y batalle para el agua caliente...

exelente lugar, recepcionistas muy amables, el cuarto super grande y comodo

The staff was friendly and helpful, the walls in the room felt paper thin you could hear every noise from the street and lobby
