Check in was so smooth and fast. The room was well stocked for the kitchenette.

Good hotel but breakfast is terrible Don’t buy

It was fine. Went for a tournament. Had everything we needed for the weekend

Staff was very pleaseant

The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during my stay, and this had a significant impact on my experience. I am recovering from an ankle injury and was staying on the fourth floor. I had to walk down four flights of stairs just to get breakfast, and because of my injury, it was also very difficult to return to my room to pack my belongings. I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that the manager would contact me regarding my experience. However, I never received a phone call or an email. While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, I was disappointed that no alternative accommodation or assistance was offered, and there was no follow-up from management as promised. This situation caused unnecessary physical hardship and significantly affected my stay. I hope the hotel will review this matter and consider appropriate compensation.

On a tout aimé de notre séjour, en commençant par l’accueil chaleureux, jusqu’à la piscine en pleine canicule. La chambre était très propre également et c’était tranquille.

Great stay overall. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Restaurant serves good food and service was great.

Clean room. Only thing was the sink didnt drain. Room 722

Check in was easy and friendly. Hotel was close to the QEW and lots of amenities.
