It was a lovely hotel. We highly recommend it- the location is perfect. The quarters are tight and there is a lack of toiletries- no shower soap. A slight musty smell in the air and no A/c but there are great fans which made it very comfortable.
It’s Bateaux, it’s an extremely old town so you should know and understand this when visiting. The staff were very nice! The beds were very comfortable.

We stayed for 5 nights in a Junior suite. The hotel staff were nice, and very helpful. When I said I was travelling with 2 motorbikes, they were able to reserve me a covered parking space in their courtyard for the duration of my stay. The exterior looks rustic, but the interior was modern. It is quiet as it is set off the main road. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, also there was a seperate shower room and toilet. The buffet breakfast has many good option, and the evening meal was also very impressive. I would return to this hotel if in the area again.

Hotel is in a great location with nearby parking, restaurants and shops. Breakfast had many choices and the food was exceptional. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall, the staff was great except for one at the front desk who was not helpful when asked about restaurants and reservations.

The room was clean and nice but small. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the comfortable bar with the fireplace roaring and pictures of the famous people who stayed at the hotel. Hugo, who was the bartender, was excellent in educating us on calvados brandy from Normandy. He also suggested Benedictine liquor, which we enjoyed. Great location for walking the town!

Super cute although small. The twin beds seemed more narrow than usual but overall a fantastic stay. The location is perfect!
