We booked 2 day stay,we left for the day and the cleaner helped herself to my lotion soap body butter the manager never called to follow up

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!! Had to stay 2 nights while our house was having work done. It was an easy commute and good enough for what we needed it for. They gave us a first floor in the second building, corner room that was handicap accessible which was fine. The room was ok, definitely needed to be updated. No microwave and the AC barely worked but whatever you get what you pay for. The HUGE issue was the 2nd night at 9:40PM some guy tried breaking into our room. He was pounding on the door and trying to push it open, but we had the latch over the lock which he actually broke from trying to force the door open. My husband got out of bed yelling what do you want and the guy yelled you were supposed to check out, my husband yelled back we check out tomorrow and the guy went away. My husband got dressed and immediately went to the front desk and the guy there said it was housekeeping lady coming to clean the room--My husband said NO it was a man and why would housekeeping come to clean a room at almost 10PM at night while we are still here? Then the guy said oh it was the maintenance guy -again my husband said why would the maintenance guy try to break into our room? And the guy behind the counter didn't respond. My husband told him if it happens again there will be a problem and walked away. There is definitely something shady going on there and what if we were actually a handicap couple? What would that guy have done to people that can't defend themselves? STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Clean property friendly staff.

There was nothing special about this hotel.

It's close to allot of stores & thing to do. It's a little dated though. I paid for 7 days , only stayed for four days. Checked out at 0900 on the 4th day, & only got refunded for 2 days, instead of the three that I had already paid for. I would not go back to stay at that property again for a few reasons. For the money it was ok.

Unfortunately, the room smelled like someone smoked there for five years before I went into the room. I don’t smoke and I hate smoke. The rate was cheap and I got what I paid for. The bed was very comfortable. It looked like the room hadn’t been updated since the 60s as there was a bottle opener on the wall. The little refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the temperature was probably 70°. Overall, I slept well. Would I stay there again? Never.

Bedbugs and potentially blood on an outlet….

The room was terrible and the bathroom needs a complete make over the distance of the toilet bowl to the door was very uncomfortable two people cannot fit in the bathroom imagine you needed to bathe your children . Super uncomfortable and the furniture is not maintained. I’ve seen Motels in better condition than this franchise name Ramada. Overall free parking was a plus for me

The higher ups know this hotel needs a deep cleaning....They are trying to milk this location until they find a buyer.....roaches are walking around....all upholstery including carpet is to be replaced.....Staff is welcoming and accommodating......but o ly so much customer service can do with the present room situations.
