The hotel is in a good loaction within easy walking distance from the main attractions. The selection of breakfast is good and well stocked. Access to the Hot Water & milk is a little difficult if you had short reach, as they are set well back.
it was hit & miss with the bar, as there is only one person serving the people & room service. Disapponted that on a couple of evenings the bar was closed.
The room was clean and very comfortable.

Very nice room, comfortable bed (super king), breakfast was great and staff excellent. The location is very convenient for seeing Barcelona both on foot and for public transport. The pool area is beautiful but the pool itself was COLD in April (unheated), we managed to swim but not for long! Didn't use gym or spa. Only points deducted are for slightly dated fittings in the bathroom, and for quite a lot of traffic noise if your room is at the front. However this is reduced a lot by the double glazing when balcony doors are closed and it was a compromise worth making for being so central. We loved it

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. I appreciated that all the staff regardless of where they were working they were always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for an amazing experience.

The room was exceptional…. clean, full amenities, robe and slippers. What stood out the most was the staff. They went above to be helpful. All were friendly, considerate and polite.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind.
The hotel and my room both smelled amazing and were really clean. Everything was comfortable and enjoyable throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and will recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience. What a shame the pool was outside and not heated.
