Very maintained property except the carpet, which is dirty and needs to be cleaned regularly! Otherwise this is one of the well maintained property at Gatlinburg and my favorite place of stay in the future!

Aside from not having fresh breakfast or not having breakfast at all the elevator is not working, the Faucet is broken and has not cold water. It’s so noisy in there. I will not recommend this place

Dingy, dark, very dated.

The entire property was filthy. The rooms smelled like mildew or mold. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The Property was filthy and dirty. I found hair in the tub and stains on the towels. I had to change rooms because the AC was not working. The elevator was not working. Pool look terrible and dirty. To be fair the staff were super helpful

Location was perfect, room was nice and clean. Staff was super nice, would definitely stay again!!

Horrrible! The room had sewage odor! The room next door had not lock or know as if broken off! The maintenance plumbers were dealing with sewer backup 2 rooms down! The place needs major overhaul. We have stayed there several times and the outdoor pool hasn't been open for at least 2 years! The indoor pool was chlorinated to the max! We couldn't get passed the smell at the door of our room!!! Went to front desk and told them. They processed our refund and we went somewhere else.

Great place

Staff was nice helpful . It was clean only problem sometimes if you get your room key next to electronics it stop working, but on other had they fixed it without any problems every time was great place to stay

We had a great time! It was clean, high quality, and great staff. Wish we had been warned about the outdoor pool not being opened. Otherwise, we’re very happy. We’ll be back!
