Great staff and room. Clean and quiet, perfect for a few nights. Breakfast buffet was delicious and totally worth the ¥700. Beware, it is not super modern and the beds are a bit stiff, but I was still captured by the charm and the great location :)

Affordable place to stay in Matsumoto. Walkable distance from Matsumoto castle. Breakfast is good.

Location is amazing (a block from Matsumoto Castle and 2 blocks from the famous shopping areas). Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a basic spot. No bells and whistles but I was comfortable with it and staff was helpful when needed. Free bike rentals was pretty awesome as everyone bikes around.
