Disappointing, overpriced hotel. Our room was small, bland, basic and uninspiring with a view of a hedge right in front of the window. It was located on the ground floor of a separate building on the parking lot. Not at all what we expected from a 4 star property and certainly not for the price we paid. Don’t be mislead by the beautiful professional pictures on the hotel’s website and various booking sites. You’ll be disappointed. It’s well located in the centre of Bruges close to the Markt but that’s about all there is to say about this hotel.

In a great location; very close to main tourist sights but in a quiet road. Room was quite big for a town centre hotel, but we were there during the heatwave and the a/c was off when we arrived and the thermostat had a fixed control which meant we could not get the room cold. We had no hot water in the room for 24 hours before we left which was unacceptable. Staff were extremely polite but were unable to sort it out. Seemed to be no sign of management on a bank holiday weekend.

Lovely elegant hotel in the centre of Brugge. The hotel has a quirky layout, our ground floor rooms were accessed via a lift from the first floor. The breakfast was excellent. The pool, whilst small, provided a welcome refresher at end of a day in town.

It was great overall! One of the staff helped my fianceé carry her heavy luggage up three flights of stairs. They also had luggage storage and a nice lobby. Close to the city center! Great location, staff, and room.

This hotel was exceptional, clean, and very well located! It even has air conditioning! We will stay here again in our next visit! Thank you!

High quality hotel in historic building. Very clean and well maintained. It has an excellent pool and small gym. Close to the center of town.
