Good location, clean spacious apartment

The check-in at the counter was fine. The receptionist was very helpful. Finding a place to pull over to get to that point felt like a nightmare. We must have circled 30 mins with no possible parking in site. They had said we could pull up in front of the hotel to unload but we couldn’t figure out where. Any time we even paused to look anyone behind us would beep the horn to make us move faster. Frustrating!!! We also booked the hotel for 3 people. Queen bed in bedroom plus what looked like a pull out sofa bed. Our mistake I guess, this didn’t explicitly state pull-out but clearly did state room for 3. Received email from hotel asking if we wanted to book a rollaway cot for $30 for the 3rd person. Replied that we booked for 3 people so assumed there would be sleeping for 3. She said no, that’s a common error on the listing. I said the pull out is fine for us. She said limited pullouts and if there is one it’s still $30 for the linens for it. Frustrating!!! Overall would not stay again due this leaving us with a feeling of being scammed for extra money. If you book for 3 and pay a premium for the extra person, you’d assume room to sleep 3.

Larger milk sachets would be nicer

Its getting a bit tired

We did not know that reception was only open until 4pm luckily we arrived 5mins beforehand. The lift broke down & we were on the 9th floor but they had it running again within the hour. Also the heat pump was making a loud noise. Overall though the location was perfect and the price was very reasonable

The place itself was spotless and exemplary, staff very accommodating with a late change i needed to make which i was very thankful for. Location was great next in the center of Auckland near Britomart and shops and resturants. Would recommend

The apartments were spotless. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. You are right in the middle of the shopping area and very close to Sky City. Also easy access to the Viaduct Harbour area. If you are staying on a Friday or Saturday evening, be prepared for loud music and noisy drinkers until 4.30am. We were in a B apartment so that was the corner of the building closest to the bars in Fort St. A C or D apartment may make this easier on you.

Fabulous location, especially if you are coming in or catching a cruise. Right on top of shops, waterfront very close, the tower, Weta etc lots of restaurants in easy walking distance. Arranged close parking at reasonable additional cost through hotel

Great downtown location close to shopping and restaurants, responsive staff but some rooms are very much in need of renovation, and the windows do not block out the noise from bars, cars and sirens, making it very difficult to get a good sleep.
