It’s an old hotel in a great area. We slept great and the staff was helpful. I would stay here again.

Convenient location, close to transports, restaurants, English Bay Beach and shopds.

The best is the well kept building that is the English bay Hotel! The staff are very nice peoples ! The room was fantastic and we had all the commodities. The laundry is at certain hours not 24 hrs as posted and it is located in a garage where the heat is unsustainable since it is the exhaust of all restaurants around. Not well thought out

We stayed there for i night, it was comfortable and best part was that beach view from the windows. Enjoyed the stay, would recommend for sure.

From the outside the hotel looked terrible with curtains hanging off rails in the windows. The person in reception was not welcoming at all and there was nowhere to park and they just told me to look on Google maps. The room didn’t look like the photos at all. We wouldn’t have stayed if we had a choice but it was late and we were very tired. The room was clean but not fresh. The smell in the whole building was dreadful. I can’t describe it but it was in reception and in our room. It smelt like cooking food, but not in a nice way.

Location was great. Close to the beach and main bus routes. Staff were nice. Room could use a fresh coat of paint though.

Kitchen refurbished well and close to beach.

Good value for money and close to the beach. Could be used as an apartment.
