Perfect location, historical building, and excellent hospitality and services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Everything was perfect!"Our group of nine adults and one 6-month-old baby had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everyone in our family thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the mother and her baby. The hotel provided a lovely crib filled with toys for the little one, allowing the mother to sleep comfortably in the adjacent bed. Despite being located right inside a bustling train station in the heart of a massive city, the room was incredibly quiet, pristine, and clean. The amenities were beautiful—the young ladies in our group even enjoyed a relaxing spa night right in their rooms!The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable throughout our visit. Breakfast was another major highlight, featuring an amazing spread of both Japanese and Western dishes, alongside a fantastic selection of fruits and sweets. We also loved the elegant atmosphere of the Oak Bar, which felt sophisticated and beautifully poised.Our stay was truly perfect, and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will absolutely choose The Tokyo Station Hotel again on our next trip to Tokyo!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and it is conveniently located attached to the train station. The hotel is so luxurious. The amenities are well thought out. The staff are so helpful and kind, they go above and beyond to assist you. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I will definitely be staying here every time I come to Tokyo.

Very helpful staff, nice room. Only criticism was finding the hotel from the labyrinth that is Tokyo Station - only saw one sign for the hotel, and that did not have any follow-up signs. Perhaps some instructions with the booking on how to get to the hotel after arriving from Narita Airport on the Express would help?
