Room was spotless.

Reserved months ahead and ended up with a room with no view, very disappointing. Could not get shower head to work. Bed not too comfortable and parking cost is way too much!!

Excellent service. Excellent staff. The AC did not work on the room. Staff were informed and we were told it would be inspected. It never worked properly after it was reported, staff never followed up on it. Great little glass water bottle waiting on your arrival in the room. Unfortunately it is too large to refill in the sink. Great location. Be aware if you have accessibility needs, that area of Ottawa has some of the worst sidewalks I have ever experienced. The City and Federal Government should divert some of the monies sent overseas to the maintenance of this heavily visited area.

Got a king size room facing parliament. Maybe because I didn’t get the most expensive room but the furniture was sooo painfully dated. The room air is stuffy I couldn’t get the air conditioning ti work. The couch and chairs in room is such an eyesore. The bed was comfortable enough but I feel like you can preserve its old charm with having things updated. Not habit not great. I wish there was a sauna steam room the pool is beautiful enough but so cold and dated. The best part is absolutely the restaurants, INCREDIBLE CONVENIENT LOCATION. The staff is above and beyond outstanding truly. Very efficient and accommodating. Maxime especially is the best concierge I ever had.

Based on the price, it’s hard to feel satisfied. Details matter. Chair is broken, no teeth brushes, no slippers.
