Big room, very clean and good breakfast.

This is an older hotel but it was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from many restaurants and the beach! Breakfast was adequate and easy options to take on the go. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for another beach stay.

The room smelt like a casino for being a non smoking hotel it was terrible. The bed had hair in it already like it was never cleaned before us coming. The moment my finance and I walked In the room we both got super itchy and got bit by something definitely don’t recommend this place. I’m not one to leave a review but I feel like I have to.

Two of us chose this hotel because: We are Best Western rewards members.. It was close to Mother's Tavern, which is why we were in town.. It was affordable.. That's it. It turned out to be a very nice place, and with our suite and our harbor view, it was quite pleasant. And my wife said she would stay there again, which is high praise.

We had three rooms booked for a week and it worked out great for our family. One room had the balcony overlooking the harbour-perfect for gathering for cocktails. The cleaning and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, the day person at the front desk was not very accommodating to our special needs. The PCH is a bit loud if you're on the corners or street side. Surprised that we could smell smoke wafting up from the front sidewalk. There are some funky parts of the hotel, but all in all it was a good experience. Convenient location, clean breakfast room, our rooms were clean.

Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, good price for parking. Breakfast was ok for what was provided. Will visit again.

Check in was easy and staff was kind. Place has fresh paint but most everything else was quite old. Suppose that since it’s CA beach area it’s quite expensive to replace. If you have to stay in area you could do it. Bed and room were clean. Breakfast was normal institutional fare but well presented. Parking was convenient under hotel. I don’t want to say don’t stay there because they appear to be trying but it’s a bit sketchy.

I won't go this place again.

Everyone was a tentative. We felt really good about staying there.

The room was clean and spacious.
