Really great location, walk to shops, restaurants and tube station . Better than a 5 star hotel. Comfortable and modern rooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Have stayed here a few times, I highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, and exactly what we were looking for! Everything was clean and pristine, and we have zero complaints! We would 100% stay here again if ever we take another adventure across the pond!

Fantastic location and price was good for that otherwise I would not have been happy. Room was not ready till 4.30pm. On paper the duplex room was large but layout is not good so doesn’t feel like a lot of usable space to get ready. Beds too soft, not comfortable, shower drainage bad so have to switch off or lower shower pressure halfway to avoid flooding. I would not stay here again.

Lived the kitchenette where we could prepare food and eat. The rooms were a good size and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this apartment/hotel very much. We had planned to stay five days but extended another five. Love the W Kensington neighborhood.

最高 Hotel tres propre. Situe a 5 min du metro dans un secteur chic et securitaire. A 5 min aussi de 2 epiceries, d une pharmacie et de plusieurs restaurants.
Le personnel a ete tres accueillant et aidant.
Petite cuisinette bien equipee poir nos besoins.
Le seul bemol: pas de cafetiere dans la chambre que nous avions mais il semble qu il y en ait dans des chambres superieures.

最高 Used to stay in a hotel. However the Fraser Suites is more suitable if your are staying for more than a couple of days. The additonal amenities like a kitchenette means you do not have to eat out every meal. Great location very close to Gloucester Road Station with a.bus stop just in front.

On this visit we had a larger lower ground room which made storing all our suitcases easier. This weekend the Piccadilly line was closed but the staff helped us plan our day by letting us know how to use the other train lines from Gloucester Road station to still get around. Continental breakfast is great and convenient.

Breakfast was fine-be aware that they provide boiled eggs and cold cuts. The pastries are freshly baked. Good selection of cold cereals, breads, etc. Nice start to the day! Breakfast staff are friendly.
Suite was very nice with well stocked kitchenette, two nice tv’s. Also had a washing machine.
I had booked a ground level suite which is not the first floor-it is the lower level (stairs/elevator)
