It’s mid due to location. Rooms are small and AC is weak.

there were no amenities due to the eco act but this was hard to discern and there was a lot of dust and grim in the property even after cleaning. The sheets were never cleaned or changed unless you specifically ask for it, and we didn’t know until the 10th day. The washroom leaks and the floor is constantly wet. The bed is ridiculously soft. Worst of all it is insanely overpriced for the lack of services and amenities, we paid ¥1098 for cleaning our clothes. Mind you, we only washed 6 items and they were not fancy items just your everyday t shirt but they charge it by item then add in an additional 15% service fee, then a drying fee then this and that and next thing you know, the laundry fee is worth more than the clothes itself. We asked the staff about this and they said we had to pay since it was already cleaned, but this pricing is just too outrageous. Other hotels have free food, free laundry, free breakfast, and helpful staff. Despite being acclaimed as luxury the experience was anything but. It felt like we were being punished staying there. Some staff were helpful in small matters such as calling a Didi, but we have experienced far greater service elsewhere. We would not come back and this has tainted the Shanghai experience. Please look further for other hotels as Chinese owned hotels are far cheaper with a higher quality of service. All an all, we are sorely dissatisfied.

En general todo super bien. Pudiera ser si incluyeran más variedad de fruta en el desayuno, estaría más que bien. Pero no tengo queja alguna. Mil gracias !!! ☺️
