We were offered an upgrade on check-in and made the brilliant decision to treat ourselves. We upgraded to a Junior Suite which was on the sixth floor right on the front of the building with a balcony with widesweeping views on the Danube River and the castle on the other side. The views were breathtaking, the room was large and very special with everything that you could want. We loved it! As an addition to the upgrade we received admission to the M Club which gave us free drinks and food all day and a beautiful terrace to enjoy them on plus breakfast in the restaurant each morning which was also exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel for location and quality and also recommend that you upgrade if you can as it was a real treat. The staff were also so helpful and lovely to deal with.

This is a beautiful hotel located in the perfect spot looking over the Danube River to the Castle. At night the lights over the river are stunning! The room was clean comfortable and spacious enough. The bathroom was well equipped and the bed comfortable. We loved the rooftop bar and there were many areas in the foyer and outdoor patio that were lovely to enjoy a drink with great views. We found the hotel convenient to walk to many sites and there is a street filled with restaurants and shopping just behind the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was a very well kept property. The view of the buda castle was incredible and more so at night. The air conditioner worked very well

Outstanding view, location and service.

Great hotel and in a fantastic location, the sky bar was amazing with a view of the Danube. I haven’t marked the hotel down on this but there was a rock band that set up outside the hotel each night and it was extremely loud, don’t know if this is usual and when we visited the sky bar because we weren’t sure we would spend €100, bearing in mind we already had a voucher for a free cocktail, we were sat around the back. This was disappointing as we are gold members.

Beautifull View, great location

It’s a very nice hotel with a great staff and an incredible view. We traveled with a 3 year old and it was very convenient. Overall a great stay.

Large room, excellent breakfast, good location. Had some issues with a meeting room but generally, good.

The Marriott Hotel Budapest is beautiful and amazing the view is stunning perfect time perfect staying we love it and we will comeback again I almost forgot the food and drinks are great the sky is beautiful you can enjoy the view of Budapest

The hotel itself was very clean with a great exercise room to use. The location in the area was awesome. Very close to everything. Totally enjoyed my stay there.
