The senior staff member at the front desk was a welcome change, showing politeness and friendliness. The breakfast area could offer more choices, with clearer labels on items, particularly for guests with allergies and those who avoid pork.

Great location, free parking was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved it

checked in late so i didnt get to experience much the first day and ill advisedly added another day to my stay. took all my stuff to my room used the bathroom and notice the toilet lets out slowly. wash my hands called front desk only to be told that there wasnt anyone on that could assist at the time and id need to come to the front desk for a plunger and see if I could clear the toilet myself or wait for the following day. since im thinking its just water in the toilet i could wait it out but i go back to see how much it drained and realized that the sink where i washed my hands is also still filled with water and slowly bubbling. i go to the front desk and again im offered a plunger to use in both the sink and toilet on my own because theres no staff on or i can change rooms. i agreed to change rooms and asked if there was anything on my floor available and the guys like no nothing matching my 1king bed so i ended up having to take something a couple floors up and told id still have to transfer on my own and find the luggage cart thing because theres no one to assist me with my stuff. unbelievable !

During my stay I noticed that the property was always wet and dirty from mopping which made it worse and much more dirty. The bed was one of the worse beds ive ever slept on, my cousin which stayed in the same hotel had the same complaint. The bathroom only had one toilet paper roll which was a bit weird and embarrassing, I unfortunately had to go downstairs for an extra roll.

It was okay. I wouldn’t stay there again. There was trash in the stairwell the entire time I was there. I asked for room service and never got it. Room was very small and mattress very uncomfortable.

The front desk service want the best but there was a older African American gentleman working earlier this morning that was very helpful and I’m very appreciative of him and his help
