Great location, welcoming staff. Clean spacious room.

Great location, it’s in the heart of Victoria with easy access to the Victoria station.

Great location and excellent helpful staff

Everything was great, but expect either a high climb or descent of several flights of narrow stairs.

Staff were lovely and so very helpful, it’s worth noting that we had a good stay, the property we stayed in had carpet stains but wasn’t dirty a bit dated however and there wasn’t any complimentary water in the fridge and the tea selection was very limited.

We found the room very small and we were in the annex with no lift. The hotel was a good location for getting around. We found the breakfast was only just ok but expensive.

Perfect location, clean room, helpful staff and tasty breakfast. Everything was OK.

We (3 adults) were very comfortable in the family room. Despite little storage/table space, the room worked for us for 5 nights. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, responding to a last minute request for an elevator accessible room that was needed. The location near Victoria Station and many good restaurants is great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay, beds comfy, room was pretty clean, ideal location, close to the Apollo Victoria theatre, Victoria station and about a 20-30 min walk to the Big Ben, London eye & Buckingham palace. Would stay here again :)

Very impressed with our stay here, the multiple bed room was just what we needed for our fast growing 12 & 10 year olds enabling us all to get some sleep! Room was not immaculate, but was still very clean, functional air con in this heat was great and shower had good pressure. Hotel generally very clean throughout. Breakfast range was impressive, not many tables but we had sufficient room. Food good, not excellent. All staff seemed incredibly friendly.
