Beautiful place to stay. Staff were very helpful and gave us an early check in, and kids loved the chocolate butler. Great location, easy to walk to old town and just cross the street to the train. Thanks for a lovely first time in Zurich!

Totally outstanding hotel! We loved everything about it, to the spacious rooms with all the necessities you can think of, to the staff and the delicious breakfast! The location is perfect to if you use the train since the station is right in front of the hotel. We’ll come back for sure!

The hotel is located at an excellent location across the street from the train station. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Many restaurants at a walking distance.

Not sure how people pay over a thousand dollars a night to stay here. We weren’t allowed to check in until 4pm because our room wasn’t ready. No comp no nothing. Sit down over there and we will tell you when it’s ready. Not worth the money. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone and I surely will not be going back.

The Schweizerhof Zurich hotel is conveniently located in downtown Zurich right next to the train station. We stayed for one night in a junior suite. The television had the ability to Chromecast from our phones, which was a welcome change from the other hotels we stayed in. The hotel has two restaurants but with limited options for vegetarians, which was not an issue because the hotel is walking distance to several restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly; we would be happy to stay here again.

In my opinion this is the best hotel in Zurich. Perfect position opposite Zurich Station. Superb friendly staff. Great size room. Good value.
