Great customer service..

Nice big room with everything you need.

There is a homeless program that is

The room was disgustingly un swept. The bathroom door wouldn't even close. We found hair in our bed! But that wasn't the worst of it. We found a Tick in our sheets in the morning! Days in do better!!

There was a lot for this hotel. The staff were always super helpful and nice! The property was poorly kept! A lot of trash around the property, and the room we stayed was not fully cleaned. The floors were very dirty, as well as the cupboards and counters. There was also a very funky trash smell in the room. If you want to use the kitchenette bring your own supplies! Nothing in the room to use for the kitchenette. Our toilet never flooded, but we did see 2 different people asking the staff for snake to snake the toilet!

People were temporarily housed there likely with public assistance. Trash all over on outside. This facility needs a site visit by Days Inn regional manager. I may not stay at a Days Inn in the future.

Had some bad luck with neighbors. Someone smashed in the window of the room next to us at 2 am (kinda scary) and had another neighbor playing dance rave music until 12 am on another night. Seemed like the SMS system requests for housekeeping were not going through either. But the pool area was very nice and we really appreciated the full fridge and stove features.

Everything was very dirty. There were a lot of fruit flies who knows from where they were coming out from. There was no hot water to shower. The towels had hairs in them.

Mattress was old and worn out. A/C was loud.

They need security and more maintenance and staff
