Good location and great breakfast, would stay again. The bath jacuzzi did work but was not clean and when we tried to get out welcome drinks we were informed it must be within a small one hour window. Despite these niggles would stay again.

最高 The room is clean and the bed is so
comfortable. The staff are courteous and welcomed us home. (2nd stay here). The breakfast is fabulous, freshly cooked to order. It is close to all the shops,bars and restaurants. We recommend going to Emsphere, it is fabulous. Loved the happy hour in the hotel. Thank you

良いビジネス
This was a gem of a property years ago - fantastic decor and excellent service. Daily staff is still excellent but property badly needs an update - some of the wood finishings are worn and weathered; noise from the busy road is a big problem and my biggest pet peave - frayed towels - why do hotels do that! New management has turned the gem into a budget operation!

Nice room and nice stay as always (3rd time to stay in this hotel).
Hotel staff is always friendly and very considerate of hotel users. In breakfast, there was Japanese food option and I liked it.

Second time I stay here, and i like the room very much. Very big, and the bed is very lovely. However, the internet. Last time I stayed here i could get up to around 80 Mbps, but now only 10 Mbps, what is the deal with that?? Its the year 2024 and this is the only speed you can provide to your guests?? Its a BIG downgrade from last time, and because of that, I will not be staying here again, since speed is a big issue for me.
