Hotel, pool, bar, rooftop, and especially the spa were lovely! The beds were a bit small for a group over 2 people so that was a bit disappointing but overall it was a lovely stay!

The room and bath were clean, great sheets and mattress. No plug on one side of the bed. The hallway was long and dark, but the lobby and staff were very nice. The roof top bar has a breathtaking panoramic view that was worth the expensive drinks. The valet service is great and stone court yard is pretty swish! We will stay again for the best proximity to everyone and everything.

Friendliest welcome at this hotel and the staff were very helpful. The rooms are nice and well appointed but feel a little dated and smelled a bit musty. The pool was good too. A nice stay

Wonderful hotel to stay for any trip. Excellent hotel management, great stuffs, clean environment, nice rooms with nice view, great restaurants in the hotel, and absolutely a great convenient location in Philly. Highly recommended!!!!

Staycation

Great!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff over the top amazing. The two bartenders at urban farmer are too young African-American men who go above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel and I highly recommend the bar at urban farmer restaurant within the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. There was a large makeup stain on the back of one of the chairs. Also the vanity bench had stains that could have been cleaned a little better. The front room did get a little warmer. But the bedroom was cooler. I was in the executive suite so maybe closing the door cause the front room to stay warm. The room does not come with the microwave, but you can request one. Overall, it was a good view of the city and very close to a lot of attractions in Center City.

I stayed here for my birthday and honestly it was the best experience Ive had in a hotel so far, when I told the lady at the front desk it was my birthday she upgraded my room to a city view and also included a discount for my breakfast, I was delivered flowers at night as well literally 10/10 staff. Dont even get me started with the spa, beautiful experience will definitely be back.

Staff from Vallet to front desk to cleaning staff was magnificent. I have told everyone.
