The room was clean. The parking request was a little complicated. I requested parking in advance but no answer. I had to call the hotel and they told me there was no parking available. When I was checking in they told me there was, so I went out to move the car. On the check out day the elevator broke and we had to carry all our stuff from the third floor ourselves. At the desk they helped me to bring the stuff up until the parking not even to the car which was not far away.

This property location allowed us to easily tour the area with a well equipped, clean room for our needs. We are 2 Canadians enjoying a tour of the Alsace region, that can also commend staff for understanding and helping with needs of bicycle touring.

Great location, close to train station, pettie France, stuff on site 24*7, water fountain at front desk.

Centrally located, walkable to all the attractions, clean, with parking on site. Overall good, except late check in at 16:00.

Stayed 3 days with friends. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is good. Close to the all touristy area. The only downside is the sofa bed is dated and the cover is ripped so there’s a big hole on the cushion. They also didn’t refill the coffee and tea, but maybe we have to ask. All on all the hotel is good and recommended for travelers with family or groups.

15 minute walk from le petite France which was totally fine for us. This is not necessarily a nice hotel but you have everything you need. People are very nice.

There is a problem with the location of the electrical outlets, and they are very inconvenient to use.。The bathing supplies are too rudimentary.

Clean room

Unfortunately, the hotel was far below our expectations. We stayed with our group of friends and children. Sadly, the beds and sofabed in every room were very uncomfortable. They were sagging and broken in the middle. Some of the towels were very worn and torn. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. There's a tram stop in front of the hotel, making transportation easy. The room was averagely clean and smelled like a hospital.

For the price the room was very basic but reasonably well located within walking distance to train station and petit france. Room was 26 degrees the first night even after several attempts to adjust. Advised front desk who claimed to have taken a look at it but temperature was just a bit lower for the second night. Did not sleep well either night because of this. Upon returning to the room after it was cleaned, the person who serviced the room moved dirty clothes from the floor into my luggage, closed and moved my luggage and placed my backpack on top of my bag. Never have I had my luggage touched like that and it was not appropriate.
