Great location, staff very helpful. The main issue we had was with the bathroom. There is a shower stall and a toilet stall in the bedroom, with frosted glass surrounding each stall. There is not a separate room with a door that can be closed. There is a curtain that can be pulled across the room to separate this bathroom area from the beds, but overall very little privacy. We often went downstairs to use the lobby bathroom instead, but it seems like they would close this overnight after around 10pm. Maybe ok if just travelling with immediate family, but we were also with a friend, so not ideal.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. One staff member was particularly knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for food, shopping, and places of interest around the hotel. The doormen were also very attentive and assisted us with our luggage. We were especially impressed by their kindness and professionalism, as they politely declined our offer of a tip. The café offered a wonderful selection of delicious buns and pastries, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel amenities were also excellent and contributed to a very comfortable stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Need a microwave in room. Shower needs bigger shower head and long shower curtain.

We booked a junior suite and it was a fantastic size. The rooms were clean and the water pressure awesome. The rooms are a little older but it didn't bother us as it was clean and functional. The cafe in the lobby is worth the visit. The overall location of the hotel was great for both walking and metro excursions.

We will definitely go back to this hotel with our family.

I was not given 2 bottles everyday and the tea cups were not replaced everyday as well. The breakfast was very poor even though it was only $15. Our Chioce basically was boiled eggs and toast. Very poor and disappointing. Location was good not too central and chaotic like some hotels

It was a great location - close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t do breakfast so I don’t know what that was like. The room was clean and much larger than our room in Tokyo.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained, however small things like the shower curtain being too short, leading to water being all over the floor was annoying and potential hazard. The buffet breakfast was poor, little options. It was cheap but still not worth it. The Cafe at the lobby was a stand out by comparison. I liked the quieter location on the outskirts of Myeongdong. Close to certain landmarks, many walking distance. Thank you..
